Children will receive progress report cards twice a year (Dec & June) issued at the end of each semester. Besides the semester report cards, bi-weekly reports and development summaries, and various classroom assessments will be shared with parents. We emphasize that children’s development should be assessed during school hours through their activities. Besides these on-going assessments, there will be regular written oral tests to evaluate how much children absorb from the lessons. These evaluations will be discussed during Parent-Teacher meetings. Therefore, parents’ conferences are an integral part of the reporting process. Parent conferences are schedule for September, December, March and June. However, we welcome parents to make appointments for conferences anytime they have a question or concern.
