• Build reading confidence using familiar sight and high-frequency words
• Enjoy guided reading using programmes such as GINN Reader, Bob Books, and Oxford Reading Tree

Movement and physical play are an important part of each day. Children build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning to cooperate and play fairly. Activities support:

• Running, jumping, skipping, and walking in line
• Throwing and catching a ball
• Climbing playground equipment safely
• Using pencils, crayons, scissors, and art materials with control and care
